Delegates from\u00a0Association for Persons with Special Needs (APSN), were present at\u00a0The 22nd Conference on Asian Federation on Intellectual Disabilities. The delegation was led by\u00a0Dr. Francis C. Chen, who is an honorary member of\u00a0Asian Federation on Intellectual Disabilities (AFID). We had exchange of ideas with the delegates. The idea of use of ICT in the Intellectual Disabilities field was well received by the delegates.
