22nd AFID General Assembly being held<\/p><\/div>\n

The closing ceremony of The 22nd Conference on Asian Federation on Intellectual Disabilities was being held on 7 October, 2015. The ceremony started with live performances by persons with Intellectual Disabilities. There were also presentations done by self advocates of different member countries. They shared their life stories, and how they are coping up with the society. This was followed by the general assembly of The 22nd Conference on Asian Federation on Intellectual Disabilities. There was an open forum, where the review of the conference was done. Delegates and members got an opportunity to express their opinion about the conference. The board meeting followed which elected the next board committee members. With the handing over of the flag, the closing ceremony came to an end.<\/p>\n
