The Intake\/Elimination section under Health Tracking module is designed for users to keep track of and record daily fluid and food intake along with bowel movements and other output of an individual with intellectual and developmental disabilities. In this module a user can select different parameters from a given list and generate the report best suited to their needs. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Therap Global software consists of a wide array of <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.therapglobal.net\/products-and-services\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><b>applications<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> that assist users with their daily documentation needs.
