This onsite training session marked a significant step forward in Shohay\u2019s journey toward modernizing their documentation and enhancing the quality of care for their residents.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Empowering Care through Dedicated Service<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/people\/Shohay-A-Home-Based-Rehabilitation-Programme\/61575031767102\/?locale=fi_FI#\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Shohay<\/a> is a specialized residential service provider currently supporting approximately 20 individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. With a passionate team of 18 staff members, they provide a holistic range of services that include assessment and diagnosis, specialized education and training, therapeutic interventions, vocational training, and social inclusion. During the visit, Therap Global team members <b data-path-to-node=\"5\" data-index-in-node=\"429\">Md Tanvir Mahabub<\/b> and <b data-path-to-node=\"5\" data-index-in-node=\"451\">Zaria Haque<\/b> met with <b data-path-to-node=\"5\" data-index-in-node=\"472\">Dr. Anup Mandal<\/b> (Founder) and <b data-path-to-node=\"5\" data-index-in-node=\"502\">Md Nazmul Islam<\/b> (Co-founder &amp; Manager) to discuss how digital tools can alleviate the heavy burdens of manual record-keeping.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">During the visit, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.therapglobal.net\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Therap Global<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> team members <\/span><b>Md Tanvir Mahabub<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> and <\/span><b>Zaria Haque<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> met with <\/span><b>Dr. Anup Mandal (Founder)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> and <\/span><b>Md Nazmul Islam (Co-founder &amp; Manager)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> to discuss how digital tools can alleviate the burdens of manual record-keeping.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><strong>From Paper to Progress: The Training Session<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"7\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Currently, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/people\/Shohay-A-Home-Based-Rehabilitation-Programme\/61575031767102\/?locale=fi_FI#\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Shohay<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> manages its extensive documentation through traditional paper-based files. Recognizing the need for a more efficient, secure, and searchable system, the leadership expressed a strong interest in transitioning to an online solution.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"8\">The training began with a successful <b data-path-to-node=\"8\" data-index-in-node=\"37\">Administrative Setup<\/b>, completing the basic configuration of Shohay\u2019s digital agency account. The team then moved to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.therapglobal.net\/individual-demographic-form-tool\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><b data-path-to-node=\"8\" data-index-in-node=\"157\">Individual Demographic Form (IDF)<\/b><\/a>, where staff learned to centralize person-centered data to ensure vital resident information is always accessible and up-to-date. Finally, the <b data-path-to-node=\"8\" data-index-in-node=\"334\">T-Log Module<\/b> was introduced to replace manual daily diaries, allowing for real-time communication and significantly better tracking of resident progress.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">To facilitate this transition, the <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.therapglobal.net\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Therap Global<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> team conducted a hands-on training session in <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/people\/Shohay-A-Home-Based-Rehabilitation-Programme\/61575031767102\/?locale=fi_FI#\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Shohay\u2019s <\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">meeting room.
