Therap Global cares about the health and well-being of our customers and the people they support.

Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) outbreak has been declared a Public Health Emergency of International Concern (PHEIC) by the World Health Organization (WHO) and is still spreading in countries and regions. It is crucial for communities to implement action plans to prevent further transmission, reduce the impact of the pandemic and promote control measures.

In this difficult time, Therap Global team is working remotely to help our users with Therap’s electronic documentation system and wide range of support that benefit the organizations supporting persons with disabilities.

As a part of precautionary measures, so far we have put in place the following:

  • Therap Global has cancelled all in-person conferences and onsite training for now.
  • Therap Global team is available for online training to allow customers to learn and use Therap system and modules
  • We have support materials (i.e. user guides, training videos, mobile friendly guides, recorded live group sessions) available on our website www.TherapGlobal.net for our users.
  • We are looking to add enhanced web based training and resources including online user groups to allow customers to constantly get valuable information that will benefit organizations.
  • Therap Global staff are used to working remotely and remain available to you and your staff with training, advice and support now and in the future.
