Therap Global is excited to announce the upcoming free Live Group Session on recording Skin/Wound conditions and Vital Signs using Therap’s Health Tracking module. This Live Group Session will be held on January 17, 2019 at 12.00 PM (GMT+6) and will provide an overview of how organizations working with Persons with Disabilities (PWD) can use our electronic documentation software for tracking health outcomes with ease.
The Health Tracking Skin/Wound module allow users to enter information about skin conditions and wounds being treated for individuals they support in an efficient way. It also allow users to enter a variety of descriptions and treatments. The Vital Signs section under the Health Tracking module makes it simple and efficient for users to enter readings for pulse, temperature, respiration and blood pressure. Results can be graphed or presented in a table which can be exported to Excel.
A wide array of tools are available in our Therap Global software to assist users with their daily documentation needs. The Health Tracking module allows users to efficiently track different types of health data relating to an individual and create detailed and monthly reports. It gives a flexible way to record and follow up on medical issues including Appointments, Vital Signs, Blood Glucose, Medication History and many more.
