An IEP or Individual Education Plan is a process-oriented approach for individuals with Special Education Needs (SEN) to help them get the most out of their education. It is built on strategies that focus on Persons with Disabilities (PWD) and their needs by putting them in charge of determining the direction for their lives thus leading to greater inclusion by considering them a crucial part of the society.
The IEP/ISP Data tool on the Therap Global mobile app enables support professionals to remotely collect service data of individuals they support. Service providers can view service data from a convenient location. The app logs the location of the data entry point, and also allows staff to take photos that will form part of the documentation. The user is also able to view the ISP Programs and will need to Acknowledge the program to be able to enter data.
