Therap Global team recently had an onsite training with Buddhi Protibondi School in Rangpur on January 29, 2020. Training and Implementation Specialists of Therap Global team, Hasin Israq and Asad Uzzaman Sazzad conducted the training session. Pairabond Buddhi Protibondhi School was founded from the time when Therap Global organized its last conference in Rangpur. The school showed interest in therap system during that conference and recently they had their first training experience with Therap. Around 400 Persons with Disabilities (PWD) are enrolled in this school and more than 200 Persons with Disabilities come to this school regularly. Training with Anuvab Buddhi Protibondhi and Autism School in Gobindaganj, Gaibandha
Therap Global team recently had an onsite training with Anuvab Buddhi Protibondhi and Autism School in Gobindaganj, Gaibandha in January 2020. Mr. Faridul Islam, Head Teacher of Anuvab Buddhi Protibondhi and Autism School welcomed us. There were 10 teachers from the school who participated in the training session. In the training session, our team demonstrated Individual Intake, T-logs, ISP Program template, ISP data, ISP report, Health Tracking, and Therap mobile application. The teachers are already using the ISP module to track their daily activities. Therap Global’s Onsite Training with Sukhati Disabled & Autism School in Kurigram, Bangladesh
Therap Global team members Hasin Israq and Asad Uzzaman Sazzad (Training and Implementation Specialists) recently went to Sukanti Disabled & Autism School in Kurigram to conduct an onsite training session on January 28, 2020. Mr. Alamgir Hussain, Principal and Founder of the school welcomed the Global Team with a small flower bouquet at school premises and then showed them around the school. Sukanti Disabled & Autism School was established in 2015 and currently supporting more than 100 special children. The school is run by quite a good number of teachers and therapists that allow them to provide 1:1 service to children with disabilities. Successful Onsite Training by Therap Global at Speech Therapy Rangpur, Bangladesh
Therap Global team members Asad Uzzaman Sazzad and Hasin Israq (Training and Implementation Specialists) recently went to Rangpur where they conducted an onsite training session at Speech Therapy Rangpur. Founder and therapist of the institute Mr. Touhidul Islam and his wife welcomed the team. Global team provided training on Therap’s T-Log module and how they can use this module to communicate with parents. They were very pleased to know that the parents can now use T-Log to follow-up instead of using a diary. The team also taught them how to create new user accounts and how to intake individuals. Therap Global team recently had an onsite training with Mrittika Protibondhi Shishu Pathshala O Punarbason Kendro in Kishoreganj, Dhaka on January, 2020. The team visited upon invitation from Mr. Mahabubur Rahman, Founder, and Chairman of the school. Mrittika Protibondhi Foundation is an organization for Persons With Disabilities working in the Kishoreganj District of Bangladesh. Since 2015 a specialized educational institute for disabled children named “Mrittika Protibondhi Shishu Pathshala o Punorbashon kendro” (Mrittika School and Rehabilitation Center for Disabled Children) have been in operation by the foundation. Training and Implementation Specialists of Therap Global team, Abu Saleh Al Momin and Md. Tanvir Mahabub recently went to Narsingdi Buddhi Protibondhi O Autistic Biddaloy in Narshingdi to conduct an onsite training session on January 20, 2020. Therap Global team recently had an onsite meeting at the Shibpur Protibondhi Prathomik Biddyaloy in Narshingdi, Dhaka in January 2020. The school is an inclusive school where non-special and special children study together. Teachers along with the founder of the school Ms. Lovely Sultana Khan, participated in the meeting where our team gave them an overview of our application and how special schools in Bangladesh are getting benefited by using our application. New User Guides in Swahili Available for Users in Africa
We have new user guides available in Swahili now! There are currently 3 different user guides on - Kuingia Katika Therap (Logging In), Tengeneza Mtumiaji Mpya (Creating New Users) and Ingizo na Usajili/uandikishwaji wa mtu binafsi katika Mfumo wa Therap (Individual Intake). Therap Global has been working with organizations in Africa since July 2018. We are working with members of the Therap Global community to translate our training materials into Swahili to make them more accessible for users who speak Swahili as a primary language. This project is part of our ongoing commitment to adjust to the needs of our community members, which is also reflected in our mobile-friendly user guides.
