During the first week of November Johanna Kroth, Senior Training and Implementation Specialist and Prattay Iqbal, International Business Development Executive from Therap Services visited Jakarta to meet with organizations serving and working with persons with disabilities (PWD).
Therap Team started off with a mandatory sightseeing of the beautiful Jakarta city and visited the National Monument and the National Museum. Later on Johanna and Prattay attended a meeting with one of the pioneers for providing services to the PWD in Indonesia, an umbrella organization YPAC Nasional. YPAC has many other branches all over Indonesia providing services to the PWD. YPAC took the Therap team to one of their branch Jakarta CP Center and showed around the facility. YPAC is doing exemplary work with their services and are keen to implement Therap for their documentation. YPAC Jakarta also known as Jakarta CP Center is currently in the training phase of the implementation process with Therap and has continuous online training for better understanding of the Therap software.
Johanna with her 30 years of experience in the disability field shared her views with the teachers, therapists, administrators and expressed gratitude towards the organization for the services they are providing to the disability community. Overall it was a day well spent.
