Therap team visited Jakarta, Indonesia in February 20, 2018. Johanna Kroth, Senior Training and Implementation Specialist and Prattay Iqbal, International Business Development Executive from Therap visited Yayasan Sayap Ibu Cabang Provinsi Banten. They are providing residential support to orphans and persons with disabilities in Indonesia. Yayasan Sayap Ibu Cabang Provinsi Banten is using Therap to do their documentation for over one year.
During the visit Prattay Iqbal and Johanna Kroth provided training. Nine teachers were present during the training session. Sayap Ibu have been organizing their database through Therap. They are using Therap and updating the daily notes regularly. They found Therap useful and easy to document their data.They had lots of questions and queries for the Therap trainers and also some queries regarding Therap modules. Therap trainers were able to explain all the queries professionally. There were administrative training and teachers training provided.
It is always amazing for Therap to visit Yayasan Sayap Ibu Cabang Provinsi Banten. Therap looks forward to work with Yayasan Sayap Ibu Cabang Provinsi Banten for longer period of time.
