Therap team visited the new president-elect of Asian Federation on Intellectual Disabilities (AFID), Mr. Jowaherul Islam Mamun. He is also serving as the current president of the executive board of Society for the Welfare of the Intellectually Disabled (SWID), Bangladesh.
The 23rd Conference of the Asian Federation on Intellectual Disabilities will be held in Bangladesh in 2017. As part of the preparations of the conference, we had a preliminary discussion with Mr. Mamun. Therap would like to show support as the exclusive official ICT partner for the conference. Further discussions will be held between AFID and Therap to reach an agreement. We would like to wish the organization committee of 23rd AFID Conference the very best.
