Users with the MAR Configuration Approve role can search for Pending Approval and Approved MAR forms.

1. On the Health tab, click on the Search link beside the Configuration option under the Medication Administration Record section.

2. On the MAR Configuration Search page, enter search parameters and click on the Search button.

3. According to your search criteria, a list of the MAR forms will appear in the search results. To view the MAR form, click on a row. 

Note: The search results can be exported to an Excel file by clicking on the Export to Excel link.

4. If the form is not approved, users can approve it by clicking the Approve button at the bottom of the Medication Administration Record Configuration page. 

5. Users will receive a success message.
