Therap has recently started working with Self-Help Group for Cerebral Palsy (SGCP), Nepal. Also known as Cerebral Palsy Nepal, it is Nepal’s only non-governmental and non-profit organization dedicated to supporting people with cerebral palsy and their families. From their specialist centre in Dhapakhel, Lalitpur, they run a complete rehabilitation service for children with cerebral palsy and their parents, as well as a school and vocational training centre for up to 50 children, and a residential scheme for families living outside of the Kathmandu Valley.

The Therap Team, led by Richard Robbins, CEO of Therap Services and comprised of Senior Therap Officials including Jeff Case, Director of Business Development, Maureen Noonan, Director of Global Customer Support, met with Mr. Bimal Lal Shrestha, CEO of SGCP Nepal, as well as other officials and support staff of the facility. On this occasion, Mr. Bimal elaborated how SGCP provides support through community programmes, home visitors, care centres, medical camps and other initiatives to individuals and families in 15 of Nepal’s 75 districts.

Being the leading Online documentation software working globally with numerous Disability organizations, Therap understands the need of a cloud-based platform to improve coordination within a large scale organization like SGCP.
