Nepal, officially the Federal Democratic Republic of Nepal, is a landlocked country in South Asia. The disability prevalence of the people in Nepal is 1.9%. However, the lack of a credible documentation system has posed challenges in implementing the right policies and strategies for them. In light of that, Therap Global, the global leader in providing electronic documentation for Persons With Disabilities (PWD) has been working with service providers in Nepal to improve the documentation and adding more value to care and support provided to individuals with disabilities.
Therap Global has successfully completed visits to many special schools and agencies in Nepal in the past three years. In our last visit, we visited and held conferences in SERC, Navjiyoti Centre, CP Centre, and NAID. We are excited to announce that Therap Global team members will be visiting Nepal in December 2018 again. In our previous visits we have discussed about how our software helped schools and organizations by using electronic documentation instead of paper works. Agencies can efficiently and closely observe the documentation process ensuring the process runs smoothly without any hurdle. This time, we will meet organizations and service providing agencies working with individuals with disabilities to talk about Therap’s system of applications for the purpose of documentation and it’s benefits.
