The session is catered to help provide the users with a step by step guidance of the Appointments section in the Health Tracking module, allowing them to organize upcoming appointments for the Individuals that they support. Furthermore, it helps users to obtain the contact information of physicians/specialists and hospitals from a pre-populated list. Users can also follow up on future appointments and have the feature to allow each appointment to be assigned a High, Medium or Low notification level.
