Therap Global is pleased to announce the upcoming free Live Group Session on recording Appointments using Therap’s Health Tracking module for all. This Live Group Session will be held on December 27, 2018 at 12.00 PM (GMT+6) and it will provide an overview of how organizations working with Persons with Disabilities (PWD) can use our electronic documentation software for recording appointments and tracking health outcomes. The Appointments section in the Health Tracking module is the organizer to upcoming appointments for individuals with disabilities. It allows users to obtain the contact information of physicians/ specialists and hospitals from a pre-populated list. This module also lets users specify the reason for the appointment, record appointment results, and includes follow-up on future appointments. Each appointment can be assigned a High, Medium or Low notification level.
A wide array of tools are available in the Therap Global software to assist users with their daily documentation needs. Our Health Tracking module allows users to efficiently track different types of health data relating to an individual and create detailed and monthly reports. It gives a flexible way to record and follow up on medical issues including Appointments, Vital Signs, Blood Glucose, Medication History and many more.
