Recently Therap Global participated in the 7th YPAC Nasional meeting in Indonesia. The meeting was held from July 26-28, 2019 at Soll Marina, Central Bangka. This year’s theme was “Togetherness in the Development of YPAC Management”.
YPAC is a non-profit social organization established in 1953 that provides services for children with disabilities, especially those with physical disabilities. YPAC has a special agency for the Center for Community Resources Rehabilitation and Development (PPRBM) in Surakarta. Therap Global, the leader in providing electronic documentation for organizations supporting Persons with Disabilities (PWD) has been working with some of the agencies in Indonesia to help electronically document and record crucial information about them.
In the event, a total of 116 coaches, supervisors, and administrators from the branches of YPAC participated in the triennial YPAC Organ Meeting. It was a 3-day meeting and had a series of events and various sessions focusing on improving services for persons with disabilities. Discussions on future plans were made based on YPAC work agendas. Mr. Prattay Iqbal (Director, Business Development, Asia, Mena & Africa Region) from Therap Global team, spoke about the Therap system and its features in the IT session of the meeting and also answered the questions that the participants had. In that session, Mr. Dedy Galuh Saputro of PPRBM also presented a paper where a brief description of Therap was mentioned. We also had a booth there for all the participants in the event.
There were cultural programs arranged by the YPAC members as well. The team had a great time participating and hopes to continue this journey with YPAC. .
