Therap Global team members recently visited Beautiful Mind School (BMS) in Dhaka, Bangladesh. We had  US team members with us; Ken Slavin, Business Development Director, Stephanie Masters Norton and Fayonne Johnson, Senior Training & Implementation Specialist. The school is very beautiful with around 200 special children and 54 teachers to help them out. The vice principal of BMS, Ms. Mamtaz Sultana welcomed Therap Global team and later they had a discussion on the type of documentation they do currently.

BMS teachers are using T-Log and IDF (Individual Data Form) to document their daily notes and track data for special children. The teachers at BMS maintain hard copies to keep track of the documentation regarding the children with disabilities.  We had quite a discussion as to which modules would fit in best to document that information easily. Afterward, we were given a tour of the school.

Beautiful Mind is a private organization registered under the Ministry of Social Welfare, Bangladesh. This school was established in July 2004 and has now earned the reputation of one of the finest special schools in Bangladesh. Our Therap Global team members were really amazed to see the quality of services being provided in various classes for students with any form of intellectual or developmental disability. They modify their teaching methods to cater to the needs of the students.   We are very glad to have the opportunity to visit the school and are looking forward to working with Beautiful Mind in the future as well.
